Afocado ar dost gyda gwahaniaeth. Mae hwn yn llawn o flasau ffres a fydd yn rhoi digon o egni ar gyfer y diwrnod. Mae’r pys yn ffordd dda i fwyta protein peth cyntaf yn y bore hefyd.
This little twist on your average avocado on toast is full of fresh flavours, which will pep you up nicely for the day ahead. The peas are a great way to get some protein first thing, too.

 150 g Pys wedi eu rhewi neu petit pois / Frozen peas or petit pois
 1 Afocado canolig (aeddfed) / Medium avocado (ripe)
 Sudd hanner leim / The juice of half a lime
 ½ Tsili coch / Red chilli, finely sliced
 1 tsp Sinsir ffres wedi'i sleisio'n fân / Fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
 2 Dail mintys, wedi eu torri'n fân / Mint leaves, finely chopped
 1 tbsp Tahini

Berwch neu stemiwch y pys am 2-3 munud, yna draeniwch a rinsiwch gyda dŵr oer.
Boil or steam the peas for 2–3 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Mewn powlen, defnyddiwch fforc neu stwnsiwr tatws er mwyn stwnsio’r afocado gyda’r tsili, sinsir a mint, wedyn ychwanegwch y pys a stwnsiwch eto.
In a bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado with the chilli, ginger and mint, then add the peas and continue mashing.

Ychwanegwch y tahini a’r sudd leim a chymysgwch. Rhowch ar fara neu tost.
Stir through the tahini and lime juice and serve on toast.
